Yesterday we had a follow-up cardiologist appointment for Kennedy for her heart murmur and it went well. The doctor first listened for the murmur and he said that he couldn't hear anything. He then did an ultrasound of her heart and he could see that there was still a small hole in her heart. He thinks that it is so small that is most likely will close on it's own or if it doesn't close, won't bother her at all as she grows up. The doctor really didn't seem too concerned and he doesn't want to see her again until she is 1. That was good news and made Matt and I feel a whole lot better.
At the doctor appointment they weighed her and she already weighs 8 pounds 6 ounces and has grown about 1/2 inch since she was born. Nice a healthy! She will be three weeks old on Saturday.
