Habanero Peppers

Today I did something I have never done before. I made jelly. Habanero jelly. It took 15 habaneros to make 8 jars of jelly and thank god I wore gloves. I had to open the house and turn the fans on when I was chopping the peppers. It was like home made pepper spray! looks like it was a success and I look forward to trying it tomorrow. I am going to let Matt take the first bite to tell me how hot it really is...
