We had a good day today. We went to the zoo in the morning and had a nice time just walking around enjoying the nice weather. The weirdest thing happened at the zoo. Kennedy and I were watching the gorillas (our fav) and there was a momma and baby gorilla right near the glass in front of us and they were snuggling and playing. It was the cutest thing to watch. Then this guy came up to the glass where the baby was and starting pulling toys and stuff to show the baby gorilla. He totally had a bag of tricks. He pulled out a mirror, a book to show the baby pictures, he set a doll on the ledge and he even pulled out play-do. He would dump out these little play-do balls and put them back in the container one at a time. The crazy thing was, the baby gorilla was reacting to it! The baby gorilla was watching, rolling over and even reached for the play-do. The dude even pretended to tickle the baby's feet through then glass and when the baby put it face up to the glass, he pushed his up to the glass too and pretended that he was kissing the baby. It was very creepy. Apparently they guy comes 3 times a week and knows everything about those gorillas. He was telling us all the names, ages, who is the mommy and daddy to which baby, etc. Can you say WEIRD-O?!?!?
One more thing.... Kennedy and I are working on a craft project and we learned today that a washable stamp pad really isn't washable. Now, we both have one hot pink hand. You can see her pink hand in the pic below... that was even after I washed it with soap three times! Ugh!
Here is a video and a couple pics from tonight...

She keeps getting prettier and prettier if that is possible! I love the first feeding. It is so fun. The mess not so, but introducing babies and kids to new things is so cool. I am with you- total wierdo at the zoo!
