Carrots

I have been inspired to can all my carrots because I had way too many. I still have more in my garden too! I made garlic dill carrots and a few jars of hot carrots (hoping they will be like the carrots at the local mexican restaurant). They need to marinade for a week or two. I can't wait to try them!
