First Padres Game

Today was Kennedy's first Padres game and of course we had so much fun. First of all I would like to thank John for the tickets to the game. We had perfect seats right above 3rd base in the shade. We got there just as the game was starting and Kennedy was just soaking it all in. She was mesmerized by the people, the sounds, the music and the field. We were able to watch an inning and a half in our seats before Kennedy got too antsy so we went for a walk around the park. If you haven't been to Petco Park in downtown San Diego then you are missing out. It really is a nice stadium. In the outfield they have a big grassy area for families with a little baseball field so the kids can play baseball during the game. We sat in the grass for a long time and watch Kennedy follow other kids around. It was so much fun and a great family day! I grew up going to baseball games with my parents and it was pretty cool to bring my own family to a baseball game. Kennedy is too young for chocolate malts and cotton candy but we did share some nachos!

Here are a few pics from today...

Hi all you Moe's,
Looks like you had a great day at the ball park. There's something special about sitting in a beautiful ball park on a sunny day.
