Matt's First Father's Day

Happy Father's Day Matt!! Yesterday was a very nice day for Matt's first Father's Day. We got out of bed a little late yesterday and then Kennedy and I made daddy whole wheat pancakes with berry compote. It was yummy! In the afternoon we went over to Grandma Cathy and Papa Larry's house for a very nice bbq. My parents joined us along with Larry's daughter, Julie and son-in law, Bob. It was very nice to have family close by to celebrate Father's Day.

Larry and Cathy were very cleaver in the gifts that they gave Matt. Let's see, a BMW key ring for Kennedy, her first Nordstrom gift card, an application to Victoria's Secret, a Starbucks gift card for her first latte and a gift card for a facial for her first spa treatment. Those are all things we have to look forward to in the future with a little girl huh! The gifts were funny and we really appreciate them.

My parents came down too and it was so nice to spend the afternoon with them. Happy Father's Day dad! My mom took a bunch of great pictures- she has the best camera and it takes great photos. So, here are some of them. Enjoy!
